Fix browserify build and add cake task #2

Browserify has issues with the ./file includes within nibbana at the minute.

Either browserify needs ditching or fixing.

Whatever is decided a cake task is required to generate the output.

Cake task fixed but requires browserify patch to rewrite local includes.
