Only one PUBLIC_HOSTNAME can be specified #220

If I'm not completely mistaken, it's possible to specify multiple --allow-header-host arguments on the daemon command line, which are then interpreted as array. This is currently not possible with the Docker image. A common use-case would be to support both FQDN and short DNS name, e.g. "openvas" and "openvas.mycompany.ltd".
