Replace NGINX/LE containers with Traefik #227

I'm not sure if this wouldn't be better suited as a separate branch, but using Traefik simplifies this setup a lot versus using 2 NGINX and 1 Let's Encrypt containers. Traefik can handle all of it and it can do it in a fraction of the time.
