allow LDAP_URI insead of LDAP_HOST #231

Hi mikesplain,

It will more easy to allow LDAP_URI variable instead of LDAP_HOST because, actually, the code into /master/9/config/ldapUserSync/ldapUserSync.py allow only ldaps on the defautl port 636.

if you allow to use LDAP_URI, we could use an URI like :

ldap://yourldap:389 or
ldaps://yourldap2:636
