Deprecate mikesplain/openvas-docker #271

Hi,

first of all thanks a lot for providing this container image to the community for so many years!

Unfortunately it didn't get any updates for our newer releases and it is still on OpenVAS 9. This release is completely unsupported and outdated since some years already.

We provide containers directly build from the source code repos at GitHub (see https://hub.docker.com/u/greenbone) and a comprehensive guide for using them (and even to build our software from source) at https://greenbone.github.io/docs/latest/ now. Therefore I kindly ask to deprecate this GitHub repo and redirect the users to our new container images. Your image is still widely used but horribly outdated.

@mikesplain could you please mark this container and repo as outdated? There are still new people using them and coming to our forums with issues. Thanks.
