mpfr 3.0.1 and gmp 5.1.1 are not compatible #6

Perhaps we should upgrade mpfr? I forget what the problem was with the later versions (I recall it not working correctly with perhaps pari?). But I would rather be keeping up with the latest versions, if possible.
