The proper way to download go-thrust for now is go get -d github.com/miketheprogrammer/go-thrust

@tehbilly Is going to promote the common package up one level, this should close this ticket.

Tested as working on a blank VM this morning after go-gettable branch was merged. Someone else confirm it works with go get github.com/miketheprogrammer/go-thrust ?
