All key concepts are combined elegantly. However, color of dots and probabilities sometimes make no sense. I think it will be better to be based some narrative scenario.

Feedforward, backpropagation and overfitting could be supported with demonstrations of real examples at the last part of the videos.

One-hot encoding and Maximum Likelihood could be explained in details. Especially in Maximum Likelihood, same manner in "Intro to Artificial Intelligence" course could be used.
