I think this is a great way for students with less of a prior background to feel comfortable with the course - an orientation mini-course.

But the two major points I have mentioned before are -

Those could be either toned down, or provided with some better preceding details so that they can get a general idea for a basic quiz. Then the students know this is what they will be learning in more detail.

You covered some very basic math, which is fine, but that math doesn't signify the importance of the prerequisites you have mentioned. So if you wish to provide them with an idea on the intensity of the ND, might have to amp up on that front maybe? Perhaps structure rotation matrices section to be on a more general Linear Algebra level?

Also, the last quiz has potential to be used as a way to give an idea on how difficult the programming part can actually get. That's been one issue in the Deep Learning ND as per first cohort students - that the python prerequisites were toned down compared to what was required in the ND. So the last quiz could be modified to be slightly more challenging if possible to indicate the level of python you expect from the students.

Let me know what you guys think. Hope all of this helps!

Thank you for your insights! I think you have raised some valid points and I will be looking to incorporating them into the course.

Stay tuned for next iteration of the course!
