Suggestion:

The story line seems to get lost between L02E13 and L02E14.

In E13, they guy forgot some code, and E14 are some linux command unrelated.

Maybe, some plot could be add in E14 to give more context like: "in other to upload the code in the right directory he needs to create the right directory, change permissions, verify..."
