It is not clear why robot needs to turn body?Should not turn head be enough in the given example?
Scanning should not be before turning?
If we turn body and head towards the exit sign, what is the point of "identifying exit sign"
The point is, its very confusing.
The correct way is:
Number of iterations where robot turn and try to identify sign.
When robot identify the sign, it should plan the move and execute the planning.
Turning body should be removed, it adds more confusion.
I think the idea was to get students think about "sense-plan-execute" cycle.
So these options should be there:
Q: What tasks needed to be completed for the robot to move towards the exit. Put them in the correct order.
1) Find/sense the exit sign
2) plan the route to exit sign
3) move towards exit
This challenge should be changed or removed.
There are many problems.
