Scrolling only works in Firefox and Windows Explorer - cannot scroll in any other programs. #146

Hi,

The two finger scrolling doesn't seem to work in programs (e.g. Itunes) apart 
from Firefox and Windows Explorer, however scrolling works when I only have the 
Dell Touchpad enabled.

Settings: Smart scrolling / Linear.

Any help would be appreciated.
