Update to use navigation components #31

Converting to a single activity and using the navigation components should simplify the app a bit.

Agreed! It will also fix the navigation problem where when you navigate back, e.g. from a particular show, it jumps to the top of the list rather than keeping your place in the list of shows for that year.
