Annotation of maximum repeated length and string length 
(//@max_repeated_length=..., //@max string length=...) should be supported for 
each individual field.

If a field is not annotated, the global definition is taken as a default.

When would the 1.0M5 release is expected.

Is this max string lenght per field already supported in 1.0M4 release. at the 
Project home says so. 

1.0M4  May 2013  Support default values and per-field maximum length 
definitions
