Is there something that can be done about this? I have a 150mbps ISP connection but most of the time a source I choose is super slow.

Hi Jaminroe, From my Knowledge Downloads From SS-Plex are Peer To Peer relying on other people's Upload speed not yours.

SS-Plex is not P2P. The slow speeds are due to slow hosts.
