changes to PlantSF2 round 1

[ ] Add a "habitat" sub-button for when someone clicks on the stormwater, 150, sidewalk or tree lists
[ ] Need distinction between "show all plants" and "show all habitat plants"
[ ] Make filter specific URLs, e.g., for "nectar" (will be "pollinator")
[ ] Make Plant-specific URLs
[ ] Add pop-up definitions of filters and all special lists - short as possible
[ ] List (pop-up or otherwise) parks near the point you click on the map
[ ] Make "potted plants" = 7 checked filters (see below)
[ ] Add 3 new special lists to filters (in addition to upper left panel)
[ ] Ability to Tweet/Facebook specific pages
[ ] Make Plant Info page a POP-UP/new small window
[ ] Create ability to make and then add or subtract individual plants from a shopping list
[ ] Add "fern" and "succulent" to Plant Type Filter
