Pressing left/right arrow keys at beg/end of textarea #3

Pressing left/right arrow keys at beg/end of textarea should move the cursor to the previous/next In respectively.

Use jquery hotkeys.

This also applies to left/right at output sub-cell and also the InsertCell bars.

I don't think this is that important since this behavior isn't expected.
