When mouse clicks on OutputCell from out of focus, cursor not in OutputCell #31

To reproduce, defocus from the page. Then click an OutputCell with mouse. The Cell will convert to a textarea but the cursor will not be there.

Also, when the Cell is focused. Can't select anywhere else in Cell. This is from us overriding default.
