Missing functions: Manage, log in, log out. #103

The version is still the same as yesterdays but somehow it has lost some functionality i.e manage ,log in and log out buttons have disappeared so I am not able to view reports of the data that I have managed to sync and that which have failed as the record counter is not changing.
