Differentiate between how far cases were followed up #140

One more issue, we need to differentiate between cases not followed up at the health facility and those not followed up at the household level. Would it be possible to add two columns in the table one of analysis (after the cases not followed up column): “Number of cases NOT followed at health facility” and “Number of cases not followed up at household”.
