Update code for handling email generation. Ideally this would be spun off into more of a standalone application. Application is currently written in Ruby. It is essentially a screen scraper that logs in, grabs content and emails it to the appropriate person or people. I don't think it is currently working.

This whole thing is being replaced by client configuration of emails/sms/alerts.
