Update Analysis report to handle new travel questions #183

Currently: Positive Cases, Only outside Zanzibar,Only within Zanzibar, Within Zanzibar and outside, Any Travel outside Zanzibar, Any Travel

Needs to become: Positive Cases, Travel within Zanzibar (click to show locations), Travel outside Zanzibar during infectious period (click to show locations) (only show 2 week period relevant for type of malarial mosquitoes in Zanzibar - consider making other periods hidden columns), % relevant outside travel arriving by ferry/informal ferry/plane.
