I think this might be referring to an issue I was going to add... but something where either on a subtest basis or at the very end of the assessment, the enumerator has a chance to NOT submit the test to the pool, and then add comment about why. Much like as a blood donor you always have a confidential way to say "do not use my blood"-- maybe something happened during the test--a disruption or a slip of the fingers and the enumerator made a mistake that can't be changed. At the end he could notify the system to exclude that test and provide a reason why.
