The very simplest of CSS edits will be sufficient for this task. Things like field alignment, centering, padding, font sizes and faces, and a tiny splash of color.
I expect that most of the rules can be set on an application-wide basis. Let's add a css class to the edit templates so that all edit forms will fall under it.
