I noticed there is no license, can I use this?

The license is public domain. This is in the readme.

Can I use this for xyz? Yes, please. You can use this to do anything you like. I didn't write many code comments, but if you can make sense of it and use it, please do. This project is in the public domain. No permission from me is needed to do anything.
