JDownloder's code's mirrored at https://github.com/mirror/jdownloader, which at the time of this is 3d old.
Yes, it would be very useful with --download-archive
option.
(archive_fmt
should use the proper parameters)
It's always a pain to download the recently added files from archive folders. Especially if some files were moved to other folder (within one share).
(as I remember node_id
of a file remains the same after a folder reorganization and even in new folder shares)
Also it would require to add the support for saving files with keeping of directories for folder shares.
@TestPolygon jdownloader already supported it w google drive, keep same folder structure, you can open ticket in their forum if mega.nz is folder structure not supported yet
I also vote for this, I have artists from Patreon and Pixiv Fanbox, that share mega links in their posts. Ultimately I want gallery-dl
to grab them, but if not, at least add some sort support for direct download a batch of MEGA links which I may provide to it manually.
pls support this, i need to fap urgently

Use https://megatools.megous.com for now
but it doesnt have archive support. the mega shared folder i need to download is updated constantly. and i need to delete the bad videos in the downloaded folder so i dont have to redownload the bad videos again and again

Well, you know, there's still ☣☣☣☣☣☣☣ (Unicode)
for what? nuclear war codes?
I'm not sure if this should go here or on youtube-dl because of this issue, but I imagine there's a better chance it'd get added here since there's less of a backlog
This has been done before in megatools which is open source and works well from what little testing I've done, though it seems to be written in C
Allegedly jdownloader also has mega.nz support, but I haven't tested it and its SVN repository seems to be both password protected and incomplete (???)
Searching "mega nz" on github also shows some other downloaders/API interfaces with at least mega.py being written in Python
