E621 Ignoring My Blacklist While logged in?

Hello so e621 is finally logged in now but its still downloading the blacklist i dont want is there a solution for it?

It's 99.999% likely the API just doesn't use the blacklist. They don't say it in either the blacklist or API docs, either, so someone needs to ask them to add an option.

Ahh sorry for asking it again here im not familiar with these type of programs but i asked he said it should work

Provide login credentials for these sites, name + api key as username & password for e621 and cookies for rule34, to have gallery-dl use your account's blacklist. what the owner said! which i did after 5 days cause im not smart lol but idk

That's what I said, but I was wrong, sorry. At least on Danbooru-like boorus like e621, setting a blacklist in your account settings does not affect search results.

Other options would be

• including negated tags in every search -tag1 -tag2 -tag3
• using image-filter

  "image-filter": [
      "'tag1' not in tags['general']",
      "'tag2' not in tags['meta']",
      "'tag3' not in tags['species']"
  ]

  (add this to your e621 settings and add tags as necessary)
