[Twitter] Is there a way to retrieve region blocked tweets/users? #4692

My country blocked a lot of nsfw user profiles and tweets. I've looked up this issue before and only found #3864 so I'm not really sure if there's a workaround for this.

what I run gallery-dl -u user -p password https://twitter.com/user --write-metadata -o skip=true and it shows


[twitter][info] Logging in as user
[twitter][warning] '@/user has been withheld in ID in response to a legal demand. Learn more.'
[twitter][error] Unable to retrieve Tweets from this timeline

VPN / proxy ?

VPN works! I've tried using proxy prior to this but it failed though
