[Request] site support: facebook.com #470

I'm surprised facebook isn't supported, is there a reason why?

DownAlbum (script and chrome) can download user/fanpage/group photos https://greasyfork.org/vi/scripts/2180-downalbum

Hitomi can download only fanpage but only with fixed element https://github.com/KurtBestor/Hitomi-Downloader/

both using mobile/m.facebook instead, private group need cookies, with delay 5-10 you should be ok, below than that your account will auto signed out by system

it would be great if gallery-dl can support fb

I too would also like Facebook support added, so it can go among the scripts I already have set up. Anything technical stopping it from being included as a supported website?

Still Hitomi downloads thumbnails only. I;ve just tested.

First link to greasemonkey is 404.

@Stargate38 Probably because Facebook make it incredibly difficult (if not impossible). There is a reason there aren't any standalone downloaders, or even scrapers, and the only half-decent scraper costs 200 bucks. And AFAIK gallery-dl doesn't rely on scraping in the first place and uses APIs.
