Since this isn't really an issue, you should read the documentation on how to use gallery-dl, e.g. gallery-dl.exe https://subscribestar.adult/USERNAME1 https://subscribestar.adult/USERNAME2 etc

(with all of their pics unblurred)?:

gallery-dl can get the original/unblurred content if you have it configured (e.g. cookies) and you're a subscriber to these pages since it's a supported site, but given the recent issues you've opened on other repos, it's safe to assume you're not:

Well that's because Kemono Party's importers have been broken since last week and Kemono Party's SubscribeStar importer hasn't been fixed for 2 years now. So can you create a Google Chrome extension and a Firfox extension to bypass/unblurr locked posts on Patreon, SubscribeStar, SubscribeStar.adult, Pixiv Fanbox, Ko-Fi, Fantia, and Gumroad?

That's irrelevant. Correct me if I'm wrong but gallery-dl isn't affiliated with Kemono so I wouldn't think this the place the raise external issues about with their importers.
