Documentation: the file `gallery-dl/docs/configuration.rst` seems broken #5688

The gallery-dl/docs/configuration.rst looks broken after the following anchor: https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl/blob/master/docs/configuration.rst#extractorcategory-transfer

The text becomes unformatted jumble. Wrongly closed tag?? Tested in firefox & chrome, same result.

I think it makes sense just to do one second fix: https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl/issues/5059#issuecomment-2131832370

Replace all ----\n with ----\n\n with Notepad++' replace function:
