Pixiv Ugoira are downloaded only in zip files #5749

I have ffmpeg installed but I only get zip files downloaded. Any solution for this?

  --ugoira FORMAT             Convert Pixiv Ugoira to FORMAT using FFmpeg.
                              Supported formats are 'webm', 'mp4', 'gif',
                              'vp8', 'vp9', 'vp9-lossless', 'copy'.
