can you support this site? it's like 4chan but with pregnant ladies.

The lynxchan extractor seems to work for this site:

$ gallery-dl -C cookies-pregchan-com.txt --user-agent browser lynxchan:https://pregchan.com/d/res/11620.html#38965
pregchan.com/d/11620 So I think …7D5EDEE5-FA46-44FB-AFA8-FE4F5EBADE97.jpg
...

(cookies and user agent are necessary to bypass cloudflare)
