The website can be considered a mirror/archive of iwara.tv. As per their about page, they "cache resources from iwara". There are post and search pages. Search pages seem to be sorted by title, author, and tag. There's also a favorite page.

Looking at the example artist pages for DEMA, it's clear that the content on mmdfans and iwara are not one to one. *I'd consider this site request to be lower priority than the one for iwara.tv itself (#2652), but maybe it'd be much easier than iwara to extract from. You can decide.
