[fanbox] metadata missing 'commentList' #6287

It seems like comment metadata for posts from fanbox (and from what I also see pixiv) do not contain the comment data anymore. When doing a --dump-json on a lot of different posts, there is no commentList present in the dump. There should be comments as commentCount is higher than 0, but it seems like something changed on pixiv/fanbox's side and those are missing now.
