Typos #7

Hi, there were several inconsistencies across the repo.

First of all, all of your scripts refer to the script library as scripts, whereas it is called src in the repo.

Then, in some cases, the research_diary.sty file is called without the _.

Also, the style file is not linked next to the Makefile, thus, the compiler does not find it.
