Truly inspiring and thanks for sharing a different perspective on getting hired/finding your passion. Just one question, who does initiates the discussion on your hiring. Is it you or other party? As sometimes people are afraid of being rejected/losing and doesn't initiate the discussion.

What tools/frameworks/themes who have used to generate static pages for your site?

That was mostly the employers' initiative both for Qualcomm and Pulumi, but I didn't mind 😄

Hugo static generator. I took a theme as a basis but then tweaked it in a number of ways. You can see all the assets in this repo.
