Allow recruiting ghosts of killed enemies in demon altars #1286

Ghosts wouldn't be able to heal. Otherwise they would retain most features of the creature.

Consider if all demons shouldn't be able to heal. Consider if other minions should perform rituals to summon demons.

Maybe make ghosts exclusive to white keepers. Consider them always having a time-out, ex. 2000 turns.

Dont think ghosts should equip though. Also they could appear as immigrants. Only creatures made of flesh have ghosts. Also maybe take their view id and turn it grey-scaled or even just white. Like a hydra is a white hydra shaped blob.
