Moon phases

Every night a new phase occurs. Examples:

• Elves and gnomes are 25% stronger, golems 25% weaker
• All armor is weaker
• Magic doesn't work

Call it something else than moon phases :)

There is the ability to have buffs during the night. not quite moon phases, but you could mod them in with a binary counter.
