When a tribe is fleeing, Add a message #771

Just like the message we receive when under attack. Can we please get a message when the invaders are retreating / fleeing?

I think this would be hard. Fleeing can happen after the village AI cancels the attack order, but it's actually up to individual AI whether they run or not. And even if they run, there may be other reasons, for example an archer runs to keep distance from enemies. You could get this message when they actually still fighting, which would be confusing.
