Floating eye villain #918

Sits on some treasure and casts force bolt or word of power spells. Doesn't move.

Probably not a campaign villain, just found randomly in the forest?

Maybe you could pay it with a large amount of mana to be a boss-like creature in your dungeon, might need to teach it a few more spells, (when more are added.)

I submitted a floating eye villain, which can be included with or without any alterations.
