This can be solved using the QE app computational resource widget, I think.

[x] Maybe we can define different codes for different workchains (phononw and dielectricw), where we can use difference resources, and block npools=1 in dielectriw. see also https://github.com/mikibonacci/aiidalab-qe-vibroscopy/issues/79
