Adding tabs for each property section of phonons. #49

I added the "Phonon properties" and "Raman/IR" tabs.

Hi @AndresOrtegaGuerrero , do you mind check this PR? I basically group phonon properties and Raman/IR in subpanels. I think it helps in order the things, also in the view how having the Euphonic stuff.

Hi @mikibonacci Really Nice! , These tabs in the future can be use a Summary of the special settings for the report of the vibroscopy (Do you think this is necessary ? ) I will merge this PR

Hey @AndresOrtegaGuerrero , yes I think we can also add a tab for the summary of the input parameters, should be nice (and hopefully easy). This will tackle https://github.com/mikibonacci/aiidalab-qe-vibroscopy/issues/23 .
