Automatic installation codes

This PR is basically the new release of the code. Version 1.0.0. Compatibility with aiidalab-qe==v24.10.0a0

Improvements:

• New aiidalab-qe-vibroscopy cli; automatic setup of the phonopy code in AiiDA via aiidalab-qe-vibroscopy setup_phonopy. For now it is the only command. I plan to add also the possibility to install phonopy code in remote clusters, before the merging of the PR.
• Test for settings. not for submission, this will be for the next release.

Hi @AndresOrtegaGuerrero, I plan to make a release. Missing stuff (working on it, entering in this PR):

• check the file conflicts (done via commit 4ddd4c3)
• remote phonopy installation via cli
• publish on pypi (not entering in the PR strictly, but related)

If you can test in the meanwhile, because I think the two missing are really straightforward. Thanks!

For the next release we should also:

• new tests
• github workflows for testing (CI) and automatic pypi publish
