Malayalam update of padland

I won't merge this pull request as it rewrites the main language file instead of placing it on the right folder.

No worries, I took the code and implemented it on the last commit on the master branch, check it out and merge to your repos. I had to modify the file myself, so please check it works. The translation will be available for everyone in the next release.
