With https://github.com/mikitex70/redmine_drawio/commit/e7b6b0bbe1a45377a098acb9e34566bb13ea07a7#diff-f7a7e3f316fb458595a70a9ee3a1e01d00a263ac3930f67456df9f400e606180 encoding.js was changed to encoding.min.js - but the file is still called encoding.js. This PR changes the view_hook include back to encoding.js

Hi @alexandermeindl, thanks for pointing out this stupid error. Thanks also for the pull request, but I prefer to add the minimified version of the file (33K vs 100K of the uncompressed file). I've released version 1.0.1 with the fix.
