Highlighting of bookmarks and breakpoints is broken in version 1.08 #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install version 1.08.
2. Add a bookmark or a breakpoint.
3. The added bookmark or breakpoint does not show in the scroll bar, unless 
one double-clicks the scroll bar and then clicks "OK".

Forgot to mention that this is with Visual Studio 2005 SP2 and Windows XP SP3.

Same in VS 2008 SP1 and Win XP SP2

This is completely broken in all versions of VS. I'm attempting to figure out a 
solution but I'm just now looking at the code for the first time so dunno how 
long it will take me.

Version 1.0.8 wasn't meant to be used by anybody else except the people at 
ReSharper to try to figure out how the two add-ins can be made to coexist. 
Anyway, I've uploaded 1.0.9 which should work again.
