add ember-inflector as peerDependencies or add support of @ember-data/request-utils, addon does not work since ember-data v5.3.4

@AmilKey ~Mind clarifying what you mean? Are you using the EmberData v5.4 beta?~ Nvm, I just hit this on 5.3.6
