Filelocks crashes the updater #29

They shouldn't happen, but apparently they do on some setups (probably windows search indexer). Make sure we wait for them (with a timeout) while installing. Or lock them ourselves.

Here's an easier confirmed fix: Removed the old timetracker files before extracting.

Should be handled with the new updater in public beta.
