We must add:

Add new admins (Instance admin)
Remove emotes globally (Instance admin)
Remove all emotes from an user globally (Instance admin)
Ban an user globally (Instance admin)
Remove emotes per server individually (Server admin)
Remove all emotes from an user per server (Server admin)
